Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use ApexLane. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any content you post.

ApexLane uses passwordless sign-in: we email a one-time magic link to the address you provide. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You keep ownership of the profile details, posts, comments, images, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). By posting, you grant ApexLane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and that it complies with these Terms. Profiles, posts, and similar content are public by design and can be seen by anyone on ApexLane.

Don't use ApexLane to: harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others; post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; spam, scrape, or run bots; misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliations; post others' private information; or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

We may remove content, hide reported content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.

ApexLane lets members post and apply to opportunities such as racing seats, technical and media roles, sponsorships, and programs. ApexLane is a venue that connects people — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any seat, sponsorship, job, payment, or outcome arising from these connections, and we don't verify every listing or member.

You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering into any agreement, sending money, or sharing sensitive information with another member. Treat unsolicited offers and requests for payment or personal/financial details with caution.

You can report content or members you believe violate these Terms. We review reports and may act at our discretion, including automatically limiting the visibility of content that receives multiple reports. We aren't obligated to monitor all content and can't guarantee that all violating content will be found or removed.

ApexLane is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by members is accurate or trustworthy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARQ Group and its affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) ApexLane or from your dealings with other members.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARQ Group and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of ApexLane, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using ApexLane at any time, and we may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
